Due to some issues from the cloud service provider earlier, the trading service was interrupted for about 20 hours from 3:00 am on December 18, 2022 (UTC) to 2:30 am on December 19, 2022 (UTC). We apologize for the inconvenience and impact.
At present, the service is recovered, some machines in the computer room of the cloud service provider are still in maintenance, and we are actively communicating to resolve it.
We will resume all trading from December 19, 2022 (UTC), 4:00am, and deposit/withdrawal will resume at 12:00pm on December 19, 2022 (UTC). After trading is resumed, all spot(grid) orders will be cancelled, and users need to place new orders.
Before this incident, we were already planning a diversified global cloud strategy, and we have made some progress. After this incident, we will accelerate related cloud process.
