If your original mobile phone number is lost, please contact the customer service to apply for the unbinding, then prepare the following information and submit it to the work sheet.
- Provide three verification photos
- the frontal photo of your ID card/passport ( your personal information required)
- the back photo of your ID card/passport
- the photos of hand-held the ID card/passport and one A4 size paper（write on: change xxx email to xxx email, LBank, time, signature）, please ensure that the content of photos and personal signature is visible clearly.
- If the phone number is your LBank account, please bind your common email address first.
After submitting your application, your work sheet will be handled within 1 working day. Please be patient.
