We strongly recommend that you save the key or QR code when binding Google Authenticator(GA). You can still use the key or QR code to bind GA to your new phone if your phone is lost.
If you forget the backup key or QR code, please contact customer service to apply for unbinding, prepare the materials and submit them to customer service.
Kindly take a photograph of yourself holding your ID card along with a piece of white paper displaying the words "LBank + time of day + reset google."
Please ensure that the content of the photo and personal signature is clearly visible.
After submitting the application, customer service will help you delete the original Google Authenticator within one working day, please be patient.
For your account security, after Google Authenticator unbundling, your withdrawal function will not be available for 24 hours (1 day).
